Silverstone Museum

OVERVIEW

In collaboration with global energy giant Aramco, we were tasked with creating a large-scale interactive LED wall experience for Silverstone Museum, exploring the incoming 2026 F1 Racing Regulations. The goal was to make something that was genuinely informative but also visually exciting - the kind of thing you stop and stare at.

About the project

The virtual space was built around 'Tramway XR', a digital model of the building created from high-resolution laser scans and 3D modelling. Through abstract and literal representations of the space, the building becomes a three-dimensional interface, merging Tramway's exhibition and performance spaces into something entirely new.
My role involved supporting the senior designer in developing the overall look and feel of the project — optimising the Tramway building 3D model, exploding the geometry to create the fragmented aesthetic the experience is known for, and handling the lighting and rendering to ensure everything worked cohesively alongside the website's interactive elements.
